Well its summer and I've given up the PC for a life at sea
I've been out either fishing or just boating almost every night. Been going to school (again) chasing another career path. I'm training to become a steam engineer. (will be done by late sept. Already have a job lined up for when I'm done.)
And I have been taking sailing lessons on the weekend. Hopefully I will be ready to buy my 1st sailboat next summer. (have owned several motorboats before.)
I'm tring to get my g/f to forget about buying a house and buy a huge sailing yacht. She's not going for it. Oh-well. We have reached a sort of compromise. We are looking at houses on the waterfront with a deep mooring and ocean access. Mainly near Pratt's neck of the woods. Southern NH around the Great Bay. But we won't be ready to buy for at least 3 more years. Especially since next year we plan on doing a big european vacation. (to make up for not taking a vacation this year.)
Hopefully everyone else is having a great summer too.
Wishing for Peace and good health for you and yours.
