I need a new game and can't come up with anything. I tried Aion and the demo of Empire:Total War. I don't want to go back to WoW, and I don't want to start an MMO that is already getting old (like LOTRO, etc.). L4D is a great game, but I am just not thrilled with FPS's anymore.
I'd like to find an RPG or MMO or strategy... any suggestions? Am I just jaded these days or are PC games just sucking lately?

Yes, the game is that good. I know you started it and never gave it a fair shake. That was a mistake. There are so few games that can make you actually care about the characters and the story. I rank it in my top 3 of games I've ever played... and I have no particular love for RPGs.

Yeah, I might just break down and buy the game again. I went looking for it a month or so ago. I found the box on my shelf, but the first disc and the CD key are missing. =(
