Yeah I'm loving my Incredible. Its a lot of fun. 2 apps I recommend. "lookout" virus scanner/data backup/phone location.
and
"open advanced task killer" make sure your apps are really shutdown after use.
(both free)
And 1 more suggestion. Since you do have 7 panels, use 1 of them for toggle switches for gps, wifi, bluetooth ect... If you arn't using them turn them off. Saves on battery life. (Which is the only downside so far) The Incredible it is a powerhog. Aside from that, its a great phone.
If you find any cool apps let me know.

Great advice, thanks. We probably use different things, but here's what I picked up so far:
RadioTime - NOT a free app, but I listen to a lot of AM stations that simulcast on the Internet, and the reception for most of my drive sucks. It was awesome driving home listening to my fave stuff crystal clear.
dPod - to replace my iPod's podcast player... free, but jury's still out seems kinda wonky
Soduku - the only OTHER thing I used my iPod for... can't live without it, I'm an addict
Where - still checking this one out but its pretty damn cool!
Got all of the HTC widgets - they're SO much better.
Still haven't had it 24 hours yet, so much to learn and figure out. Enjoy the game tonight!

My favorite app of all time. I use it at least once a day. Google sky map. A stargazers best friend

Ooh... thanks for reminding me.
Interesting source for battery tips (probably the best one out there so far I'm guessing). I'll be honest here and say I have NOT read it yet:

I promise to troll these boards more if you make a droid app..
Also, pics from my Moto Droid because I want to see what your camera's like in comparison:

These are as non-fuzzy as I could get my camera at that range.. it's the worst part about the camera on mine
Edit: Oh yeah.. those aren't mine. lol

Oh, there will DEFINITELY be apps - just need to get some time to spend with the SDK.
Here's a couple of pics I snapped this afternoon on my post-walk lunch. I always judge phone cameras by outdoor pic. Yet to see a camera that takes better than decent pics indoors - including my last phone (enV touch) which had the best camera I ever saw on a phone.
