got it for a good price $469,000 2 fam. It may sound like alot of $ to anyone living outside of MA but trust me in a town where condos go for $375 per square foot its a steal.
I was able to get Reese (my dog) his second surgery and is recovering well.
Got rid of my boat (freind I bought it with bought me out; doesn't matter I'll still get to go on it.) Sharing a boat was not worth it; always fighting over who got to take it when, and who got to come along when we went together. As my dad told me "a ship can't have to captains." (add it to the list of things I should have listened to him about.)
Missing my brothers at MG but still no intrest in rejoing gaming community yet. But I'm sure the bug will bite me soon enough. In the meantime I will try to pop in alot more often to at least say hi.
