We believe we may have found a solution to this problem, so we are tring something new. We are going to create a team within a team. This "A team" (for lack of a better word) Will consist of those player who have shown by their actions, and enthusiasm, a willingness and desire to play in as many matches as possible. They will be playing a majority of our matches together. By doing this, we are hoping to solidify a core group of members that will be able to play these ladder matches on short notice.
We do not wish to alienate anyone by leaving them out. Our core belief at |mg| is that friendship above all else is the most important aspect of our group. So we are not going to leave anyone out.
We understand that life has a nasty habit of getting in the way of gaming and that its not necessarily our fault when something comes up. We don't want to leave anyone out of the ladder matches who want to play just because they don't have as much available time to play. So to this end we will also be trying to schedule matches with enough notice that others who are not part of this "A team" will be able to take part in. We will try to schedule matches for this second team once a week for now and see how it goes.
We are also going to disolve the practice nights. We will not be getting rid of them completely but rather changing their focus. Instead of using the time to prepare for matches. The time will now be used to get together, hang-out, have fun and get to know each other better (nothing serious just for fun).
So without further ado... Let me introduce our "A Team"
Remember this team is not written in stone (it can expand to include more of us) but to be part of this primary ladder group it will take actions not words. Show your interest by playing with your fellow clanmates more and showing up in the server for our clan nights (notice how I didn't say practice nights).

That will be our 4 core ladder match members. Anyone else interested in playing in the GB ladder can consider themselves as being alternates for Team A and part of Team B (you don't have to take part in the GB ladder to be part of |mg| we have more than enough room for casual gamers).

We did not do this to exclude anyone but rather to make it easier for us to schedule matches on short notice without having to consult with everyone to see who wants to play and who doesn't.
