Admin access to Chicago server

Ok, so as of tonight everyone whose Steam Id I have (basically everyone on the ladder) should now have basic admin access to our server through Sourcemod.

To activate the menu, just type sm_admin at the console. Alternatively, you could set a bind for it. I use the F4 key:

bind F4 sm_admin
